East Coast Sales Director

Vizu is seeking a talented and motivated East Coast Sales Director. This person will be responsible for driving revenue growth, exceeding financial targets and building an East Coast marketplace presence for the Vizu brand.

This person will be required to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue from Vizu’s primary target categories: online publishers, advertising agencies and consumer brands with a particular emphasis on growing the advertising agency channel. This person will initially be responsible for driving revenue for him or herself and will use learnings from that experience to refine Vizu’s sales process and approach for sales team development.

This position is based in NYC and reports to SVP – Sales in New York

This position will require travel on the East Coast – Boston, Atlanta and potentially Chicago/Detroit

  • Required digital media experience, e.g. digital advertising, advertising agencies, ad supported online publishing, online ad serving, online market research

Client Account Manager

Vizu is seeking a talented and motivated Client Account Manager based in NYC. This person will be responsible for driving customer adoption and usage, supporting sales and business development efforts by increasing revenue in existing customers and. This is a key role with great growth potential and ability to influence a number of different factors, including product, business development and operations.

Primary clients include NYC and East Coast based advertising agencies and publishing firms, with primary goal of increasing usage and adoption while continuously exceeding customer satisfaction.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Client Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary point-of-contact for Client.
  • Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns.
  • Leads account penetration, adoption and usage
  • Authors campaign summary/analysis.
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the clients businesses and to grow accounts.
  • Masters and maintains knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends. Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, 3+ years interactive advertising, 5+ years of business experience preferred. MBA desirable.
  • Understanding of the overall media and measurement/analytics landscape online advertising and marketing trends.
  • Experienced with running/overseeing online advertising campaign and media operations.
  • Experience in the usage and operations of ad serving technologies, especially DART For Advertisers (DFA)
  • Day-to-day client management experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Experience giving presentations to clients.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
